The Brow University LLC. maintains this Online Training website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and The Brow University LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
The Brow University LLC. provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, media, news/updates and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). The Brow University LLC. authorizes each User to only view and study the Materials for training purposes. Materials may not be downloaded unless a written authorization from The Brow University LLC. has been received. However, material within the online course with a visible "download" (Example; "face model templates") to practice on is permitted for download. Users are to make no modifications to the "allowed downloadable" Materials. Users may not modify the Materials on this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site and may be reported as Copyright infringement in violation of copyright laws.
2. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other online PMU training company with intention of duplicating The Brow University LLC. Curriculum for the purpose of enhancing your own training curriculum.

The Brow University LLC. has not reviewed all of these external websites other than their very own branded sites, The Brow University LLC. does not control 3rd party sites and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. All payments made to The Brow University LLC are Nonrefundable, Nontransferable.

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Brow University LLC. further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. STUDENT shall be responsible to do their own research and determine whether or not they may legally perform the services they learn from any course they have purchased from The Brow University LLC. The Brow University LLC. is not responsible to confirm whether or not any particular student may legally perform the services where each student lives and works. We relinquish any and all liability for any body art services that our students perform. Note: in the state of California, artist must be 18 years of age to perform permanent cosmetic procedures.
11. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of April 1st, 2020 and are subject to change without notice by The Brow University LLC. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
